PROCESS OF WATERJET MARBLE INLAY

Introduction:

About each marble inlay project, first we start from conversation, and try to know our client's aesthetics, favorite style, or own design or favoirte color.

At the beginning of design stage, we usually start with a floor plan or measurements, and make design according client's request.Sometimes we choose inlay design and put it for the area on floor plan. Sometimes we put inlay sketches, after get client approval then we start do coloring. At this design stage, it takes some time, we continue communicate and do revise, then finally we got approval on inlay design from client. 

When our designer works on Auto cad to draw the sketch, they focus on each leaves, scrolls and floras, they work to make all lines and patterns looks very smooth and elegant. After that, they do Photoshop work to render colors. What we do is not use plane and boring color palette to do, firstly we will check real slab colors and veins, then we use the real photo to do rendering, then we can make sure the final design and colors looks very close to the final inlay product. About control the veins continue and colors be most simlar of same type marble.

So the next step before we produce is to talk about the division of marble inlay. For small piece inlay, it is no need to be divided. We usually make division drawing, mark dimensions and numbers on each individual piece of inlay tiles.  This step is to make installation work be more easy.
