Riya Ranger, who is the founder of Sparkle Design & Decor, has worked in the stone and decoration material industry almost 11 years.She has loved these natural stones and beautiful decorations, always striving to improve herself to becoming one of the most knowledgeable women in her field, then could lead her team to offer better service to their clients.
Her Experience:
She traveled to many countries, like the USA, France, UAE, Qatar, Tajikistan, India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Malaysia, etc.
*She enters this field in early 2013.
*She learned a lot during the year 2014 and started involved in home and hotel projects.
*She was involved in one big hotel project in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, in 2015. The project has 6 floors and supplied more than 30 big trucks of granite (wall panels, columns, big moldings, window sill, carving panels, etc)for all exterior wall decoration, and some interior stones, like vanity tops, stone mosaic, etc. The cost of the project is around 1 million US dollars.
She stayed at a job site for 2 months, to check all arriving goods, and communicate with clients, contractors & the installation team, etc.
*She was involved in another private villa project in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, in 2016. It is around 550 square meters and 3 floors. Worked with clients and designers from the designing stage till installation work. Many materials be supplied, like exterior limestone (wall panel, columns, window sill, trims, molding, relief, etc) and interior stone (water jet marble medallion, bathroom mosaic, interior stair and baluster, wall relief panel, swimming pool mosaic, wall mosaic pattern, etc). The cost of the project is around 1.5 million US dollars.
* She attended an exhibition in Dubai, in 2016. And an exhibition in India alone,2016. All samples are wooden packages which hard to open for her, and heavy marble samples, like angel statues with marble pedestals, marble fireplace marble column capital, marble medallion borders, marble trims, etc. It took almost 7 hours to finish the booth decoration hired some people and got some other's help.
*She went to Paris to visit the client's hotel job site in 2017, bring samples, and let the client confirm details.
*She went alone to visit a client in the USA, in 2018. Visit the client's hospital project job site and bring marble samples for the client to choose from.
*She attended an exhibition in Doha, in 2018. After the exhibition she visited a client in Sri Lanka, visited the house job site, and met the client and his engineer, to talk about details about the order.
*She was involved in a super private villa project in Doha city, in 2018. It is around 11,000 square meters. The cost of the first part guest house is around US 1.5 million. This was a new beginning of her career, she learned a lot from a new project and worked in a concrete building till finished all the decoration work. There are lots of types of materials, like wood inlay, wood stairs, marble, exterior granite tiles, marble medallions, porcelain tiles, ledge stones, doors, windows, mirrors, Pu trims, ceiling work, bathroom products, wood veneer, metals, The cost of the project is around 2 million US dollars.
*And the meantime she was involved in several government and religious projects in Doha too, in 2018. Like commander’s offices and mosques, etc. More than 30 containers of marble are to be supplied, like marble tiles, marble columns, relief panels, mosaics, marble medallions, marble wall panels, spiral stairs with iron railing, granite tiles and staircases, etc. The cost of the project is around 3 million US dollars.
*She went to Thailand to meet different clients in 2024, to visit the client's finished villa on the hill, and to meet clients to talk about details...
