About size of marble medallion, we have standard size of our marble medallions, and we also could adjust them according to your dimension request. Most of floor medallions can be enlarged to any size. We control the smallest piece we can cut by CNC waterjet machine is 3mm. So we can do very detail and exquisite jobs.
About thickness of our marble medallions, normal thickness is 15mm and 18mm. We usually do solid marble medallion,please see below photo. And we also do backing honey-comb to reduce weight and make medallion be strong,and this way usually use for tabletop or big-size marble medallion. When you need very large size marble medallion and don’t want to be divide to many pieces, so we suggest laminated honey-comb then we can divide it in bigger size. And this way can make goods be more safe during shipping period.
About surface of our marble medallion, we usually do high polished. And you can do crystal-polishing after you install them, then all will be looks very shiny and glossy. But for some area such as bathroom and porch floor, there has water, so in order to anti-slip,so we can make honed or acid-washed surface. But please note the colors of these 2 type of surfaces will be duller than polished.

About quality of our marble medallions, we have been export our medallions to more than 50 countries and worked with some luxury villa in Beverly Hills. At the begining we select A grade stone materials, then use CNC Water jet machine to cut them be different shapes according to designs, after that our craftsmen check each small parts and assemble them be one full marble medallion, they do small polish on edges, use glue to fill all joints, we use same color glue to fill the gap, then the medallions will looks seamless. Yes, firstly we can give you some free design idea by Photoshop, and if you like our design then we will give you a quotation, if we make agreement and pay deposit then we will make detail design by Auto cad for you.
Q2: How will you divide medallion? Can you make medallion be one whole piece without division?
The division need to see the size of medallion, we can make one full piece if size is smaller than 60”*60”. If size is bigger then we suggest divide it to be several piece, otherwise it is not safe during shipping. And we will send you division drawing before we cut, we will try to make bigger as we can.
Q 3: Can I change the stones in medallion design?
Yes,sure. And note that stone is natural product, there is color difference between design and actual stone. But we use natural stone photo to make rendering design then we could try to make the design is approaching the final product effect. Some designs are very beautiful by other company, but the final product looks very different as the design, that is unprofessional work. We use real marble photo to make design then can make sure the effect is very very near as the final product.
