It is use a hand-operated stabbing gun to piling yarns on a canvas from backside. After finish, the canvas will be take off and put glue with thin fiber, after glue be dry,then do some surface cutting if there is need. There has many materials for hand tufted rugs, we usually use New Zealand Wool, and there is Chinese wool, Acrylic fiber, Nylon, Sill, Artificial cotton,bamboo fiber, etc. There has difference among these materials.

What is the difference between hand tufted rug and printed rug?

Hand-tufted rugs are made by hand, and there is so many materials to choose, printed rug usually use nylon material and made by machine. Hand tufted rugs can make be 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm thick, it is depends on the weight of yarn using on rugs, usually there is 4.5pond, 5.5ponds,6.5ponds,7.5ponds.Nylon carpet has 1000g, 1200g and thickness is 10mm.

Hand-tufted rugs are usually use for home, 5 star hotel, and high-class places.

Printed carpets usually use for middle class area,like restaurant, club, hostel, office, etc.

First you choose rug design or sending us a image you like, tell us your request on size, material and thickness. 

After we make a deal, we will start make design for rugs.
